Our office is available to answer your questions as well. 

Current Office Policy

Reminder, we are limiting office visits and going back to telephone based appointments where appropriate.

Telephone appointments can be booked through our online portal, Health Myself. 

Please list the number you wish the physician to call.

For in office bookings, please call reception.

If you do have an in office appointment we ask that you come alone to the appointment and only one guardian accompany children. 

If you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms (fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, decreased or loss of taste or smell, runny or congested nose, headache, extreme tiredness, sore throat, muscle or joint pain, vomiting or diarrhea) please DO NOT come to the office.

If you or anyone in your household is currently awaiting PCR test results, or have tested positive on a Rapid Test within the past 10 days, please DO NOT come to the office
